Our story began when John P. Harlow opened the doors of our very first location on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk. With a dream of helping keep Hampton Roads moving, he built a business rooted in honesty, hard work, and treating customers like family. From light-duty pickups to heavy haulers, we’ve offered International® Trucks, expert service, and quality parts to keep local businesses rolling.

In 1984, we expanded to the Peninsula with a second location in Hampton’s Copeland Industrial Park, bringing that same dedication to service across the water.

Today, Norfolk Truck Center is still family owned and operated, and we remain just as committed to our customers as we were on day one. Our experienced team takes pride in getting to know you and your business needs, offering the kind of service you can count on time and time again.
